Moving before beginning
So flashing back to the time we had the land cleared and the foundation marked back in early 2026. The surveyor came out in October, the grader in November and they started clearing the lot January 6th. It went fast! With Sam the surveyor and Brad the builder October 23, 2025. :) With Steve, the grader November 11,2025 Before clearing Last family shot on undisturbed site. After! January 6, 2026 Marking big oak to be saved! January 9, 2026 With Stan the grader! January 13,2026 January 19,2026 flags are up and tree is down. Necessities arrive. Survey and footprint set. First snow at our new place! January 30,2026 First foundation dug by Stan. February 3,2026. Anna realizes this is not exactly where we imagined the house being and measuring to move it back into the woods another 20 feet. February 3,2026 Sam and Stan adjusting the markers for new placement.
